This Privacy Policy explains how Saluki Real Estate Consultancy LLC (“Saluki”, “we”) processes personal data collected through salukirep.com, in accordance with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection and, where it applies to visitors in the European Union, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What data we collect
- Contact form: first and last name, email, phone number, your message, and your consent to this policy.
- Emails or calls you send us directly: the information you choose to share.
- Investor Portal: handled under separate terms on the portal itself.
- Browsing data: only if you accept analytics cookies — see the Cookie Policy.
3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

4. How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to answer you and for up to 2 years afterwards, unless a business relationship starts or the law requires longer retention. Marketing data is kept until you withdraw consent.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We use these service providers to run the website and our business:
- HubSpot, Inc. — CRM, forms and email.
- Vercel Inc. — website hosting (technical access logs).
- Microsoft Corporation — business email (Microsoft 365).
- Google LLC — reCAPTCHA spam protection on the contact form.
- Adobe Inc. — web fonts (Adobe Fonts does not set cookies).
Some of these providers store data outside the UAE or the EU (for example in the USA). Where this happens, we rely on the providers’ contractual safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses. Data may also be shared between our UAE and Spain offices where needed to answer your enquiry.
6. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, ask for a copy of it, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to contact@salukirep.com. If you are in the European Union, you can also complain to your local data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD: www.aepd.es).
7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorized access.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
